What Facilities Do We Have?
Mathern Village Hall has 2 function rooms, a fully functioning kitchen, toilets including disabled toilets with baby changing facilities, and external space for sporting activities on our Multi-Use Grounds Area (MUGA). Function rooms can be booked for one-off parties and events or regular bookings for groups and classes. We have audio visual facilities in our smaller meeting room.
Main Hall/Room

The Main Hall is 15m long x 7.5m wide with a ceiling height of 2.7m.
It has a non-slip floor and is served by 4 mixed-use toilets and a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities & shower.
Central heating is included.
There is a stage with lighting and a stage curtain for performances
We have a portable 58inch smart TV for presentations.
Small Meeting Room
£10.00p/h
The small meeting room is accessed separately from the main hall and is approx 4m wide by 7m long with a ceiling height of 2.7m. It has a single toilet with baby changing facility.
Audio visial (AV) facilities are available in this room.
Central heating is included.
The room has separate access to the kitchen area.
Kitchen
Included in Hall Hire
Within the hall and accessible separately from both rooms is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, electric range oven and gas hob.
There is a fridge and freezer for food storage and instant hot water boiler.
Cutlery, crockery and glassware are available, as well as plastic cups and plates for children.
If specific quantities are needed then we are happy to provide for your event.
MUGA
Multi-Use Grounds Area

We have a Multi Use Grounds Area externally to the hall with tennis court and basket ball markings, hoops and backboards and tennis nets available.
This is a floodlit area ideal for evening bookings for all groups.
Digital Photobooth
£60.00 half day hire
We have a digital photoboth available for hire for parties, weddings & events.
The photobooth can be hired for events outside of the hall.
The booth allows unlimited digital photos to be sent via SMS, WhatsApp or email.
We also have various props and back drops available.
